On a personal note, The Zombie Bang's been a tremendous experience for this mod and these fics sound epic, riveting, truly everything I was hoping for. I'm especially pleased everyone is writing in a different fandom. The widespread appeal and versatility in applying zombies to any story is so deeply felt here. I love it.

Fandom: Resident EvilTitle: Resident Evil 0
Summary: Rebecca Chambers is an 18-year-old medic who never expected to be recruited to the Special Tactics and Rescue Service. On her first mission with the team, she's trapped on a train that's overrun with zombies, the results of secret and illegal experiments. To escape--and survive to reveal the conspiracy--she must work with Billy Coen, the escaped convicted mass-murderer who she's trapped with. But the deception goes far deeper than Rebecca knows, and Albert Wesker--Captain of STARS--has sinister plans of his own.
Ratings/Warnings: Rated M, warning for violence/horror, death, police corruption, and one brief reference to noncon (it's a line of dialogue from a character who is canonically a rapist, no noncon happens in the story)
Cool visuals?: There are a lot of scenes that could have some interesting visuals. There's the attack on the train that's the opening cutscene of the game...there's various cool monster designs...I'm always happy to see anything with Wesker, maybe fighting zombies, or Wesker and Birkin killing Marcus for that matter...or something from the Wesker vs Ivan fight. If you want something less gory, there's always Rebecca and Billy--the story isn't definitely shippy, but I'd be fine with art being shippy or not. Really though you can draw anything you want from the fic.

Additional notes: Rebecca/Billy could be seen as romantic or platonic, I'm keeping it ambiguous like the game... there is also some (at least implied, not sure how obvious it will be in the finished story) past Wesker/Birkin.The fic is mostly an adaptation of Resident Evil 0 (not a strict novelisation, as e.g. some lines of dialogue are different, there are extra scenes, etc) with some scenes from Umbrella Chronicles added in. It actually started out as my idea for what the first in a series of RE films that were actually faithful to the games would be like, but then became a novelisation instead of a script (and changed quite a bit from that early script in several ways.)
This has ended up quite a bit longer than the expected length for this event.

Fandom: Game of ThronesTitle: Gentle and Surly; Fierce and Brave.
Summary: A zombie apocalypse is where your true personality shows. This is the case for Sansa, Arya, Sandor and Gendry. Their true colours shine through and it’s for the better. However, there are some survivors who you do not want to come across in the zombie apocalypse. After an event rips the Stark family apart will they manage to find each other again? Will the surviving Stark Sisters ever see each other again? How will they manage to survive without each other?
Pairings: Sansa/Sandor and Arya/Gendry
Ratings/Warnings: Rating will be M or E. Warnings character death, violence and gore, threats of a sexual nature.
Cool visuals?: A stone cottage in the woods, a gas station, an apartment building which never finished being constructed and a zombie hoard.

Fandom: My Chemical RomanceTitle: Untitled (as yet)
Summary: When Mikey disappeared in the middle of a resupply run, Frank’s first instinct was to assume that he’d fucked up; it was his job to get Mikey home and he'd blown it. Now, instead, Mikey was just another casualty of this new world where the streets belonged to ravening hordes of ever-present zombies, there was always something waiting to in dark corners to bite a guy’s head off, and humans were less the dominant species and more walking happy-meals (with attitude).Except… there was something weird about the way Mikey had vanished, and a little bit of investigation showed up fast that everything was not as it might have seemed. Now Frank, Gerard and Ray are on a race against the clock (and the zombie hordes) to find Mikey and save him from a fate worse than zombies.
Douchebags.
Ratings/Warnings: Likely to be M, may be E (undecided about the how explicit some scenes will be at the moment, both in terms of sex and violence). Will include some graphic gore description (human vs zombie and human vs human fights). Will be heavy on swearwords (this band swears, a lot). One scene involves a 'kiss-or-die' type scenario (convince us you're a couple or face the consequences kind of thing)
Cool visuals?: - Being pursued through the streets by a horde of zombies (there's a few scenes where this happens) - Being trapped between two groups of zombies and ducking down against a wall to try and avoid being seen
- Fleeing a zombie horde on the ground by climbing a fire escape, only to run into a human ambush on the rooftop
- A deliberate and showy demonstrative kiss (the aforementioned 'kiss-or-die' type scenario)
- Two characters being reunited in a makeshift cell, with a desperate, clinging-to-you-because-I'm-so-relieved-you're-alive embrace
- Declaration of feelings, with one character curled up in bed because they're injured, and the other sitting at their bedside
(In short, I am probably writing scenes to suit most preferences across this fic. Because plot, and feelings.)

But the truth of what they were was much worse — and they soon realized, if they didn't figure out a way to reverse the Snap, there wasn't going to be a world left to save.Ratings/Warnings: Probably M for some violence and zombie-typical actions
